ESOX-PLAST is certified according to ISO/TS 16949 International Automotive Standard. The quality management system is set in accordance with the specific quality management requirements that are required for the automotive industry. The quality department ensures that all control procedures are done and APQP and PPAP are implemented.
In serial production, sampling and approval of new parts is carried out in accordance with customer requirements and VDA standards. In serial production, professionally trained workers in addition to regular product quality control also perform process and product audits in accordance with the requirements of VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5.
In the Department of Metrology contemporary 3D measuring devices are used.
